Orders and Shipping
Orders within Europe typically arrive within 3-7 business days. For international orders, delivery can take 7-14 business days. Please note that these are estimated shipping times and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
You can create an account by clicking the “Sign Up” button at the top right of our homepage. Simply enter your email address, create a password, and you’re ready to go. Having an account allows you to track your orders and save your preferences for faster checkouts.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can update your shipping address by contacting our customer support team at support@pinnaclelore.com. Make sure to include your order number and the correct address. Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the order has been dispatched.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click on the tracking link in the email to see the current status of your delivery.
No, for your security, we do not store your credit card information. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways like PayPal, MasterCard, and Visa.
Sales tax is applied to orders where required by law, depending on your shipping destination. The final price, including any applicable taxes, will be shown at checkout.

Whenever possible, we’ll ship your items together in one package. If an item is backordered or ships from a different location, it may arrive in a separate package. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pinnaclelore.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns of products that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, have odors (e.g., perfume or smoke), or show signs of use.
