• Payments must be made in full before order processing and shipment.
• If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship from the Netherlands.
• Delivery times depend on the destination and are subject to PostNL’s shipping capabilities. For estimated shipping times, please visit www.postnl.nl. Delays may occur due to courier operations or customs processing.
• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
• Delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days after we receive and inspect the item.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
• Non-returnable items: Products that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, have odors (e.g., perfume or smoke), or show signs of use.

7. Warranty and Liability

• We guarantee our products are free from defects upon arrival.
• If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
• Pinnacle Lore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
